2 Sites With Event Espresso Using The Same PayPal Account

I need to purchase another Event Espresso License for another site. Both of the sites will be pointing to the same PayPal Standard Account. Is this ok to do.

That should work. Event Espresso sends the IPN url dynamically, so it will override whatever is set in the PayPal IPN account settings.
