2-series MasterCards marked as invalid

We are in the process of getting the Chase Paymentech setup and receive the ‘Invalid credit card number’ for MasterCards starting with a ‘2’.

It seems to be an validation error inside the core system or the plugin.
Is there a patch/fix for it?

Anybody looking for a temporary fix: The credit card verification regex is located here: /event-espresso-core-reg/core/libraries/form_sections/strategies/validation/EE_Credit_Card_Validation_Strategy.strategy.php

I added “|2[2-7][0-9]{14}” to the regex which should validate the 2-series MasterCards.

This is just a temporary fix! This needs to be adjusted in a future release.
