Event Espresso offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We provide support for products that we have developed.
Support is offered via a support license key. Purchasing a support license grants you access to support services for one year which includes help from our support team via our support forums, one-click updates, and documentation. A support license will be renewed automatically after a year with a loyalty discount. If you choose not to renew automatically and your support license expires, then you will no longer have access to support services from Event Espresso. You can restore access to support services by purchasing a new support license.
Support license holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their support license key. The support license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holder web site(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the support license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant.
