1) We need tickets to be emailed to customer with a bar code

The ticketing add-on adds this:

http://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-printable-tickets/

Since I have never used any of the add-on plugins that you will likely reccommend I may have left out a concern so please let me know anything and everything I will need to accomplish questions 1 thru 6 using Event Espresso.

One concern you may have left out is that the mobile apps can scan the QRCode, and Barcodes do not quite have universal browser support. If you prefer, you can have both a barcode and a qrcode on the same ticket.

2) We send batch emails the night before each event, so we need a way to include a URL to their Invoice/Receipt that includes the ticket/barcode that way it will be towards the top of their emails the next morning and won’t take them long to search for the ticket for us to scan. So, how can we include a URL to that person receiving the BATCH email the night before that shows their ticket/barcode?

You include this shortcode in the email template:
[RECIPIENT_TICKET_URL]

2A) will the barcode/ticket be displayed on the email

No.

2B) or will it only be a URL inside the batch email that they can click to
view their invoice/receipt with the ticket/barcode

They’ll go directly to view the ticket (it’s not a link to an invoice or receipt).

5) When scanning the tickets, is the scanner sending information to the “Mobile Attendance & Ticketing Apps”?

3) If for some reason the attendee arriving can’t find their ticket OR the Barcode scanner doesn’t work. We need a way to see the attendees list digitally and manually check-in that guest.

The mobile apps have a manual checking feature that includes a search field.

4) *** Probably most important *** For events that last multiple days, do they bring the same exact ticket and Event Espresso recognizes it for each day they are checking in?
4A Example) An event lasts Monday thru THursday 9am-12pm. So if we scan their
ticket on monday morning, will Event Espresso recognize the fact that the
customer is back again Tuesday morning and allow us to check them in for
Tuesday etc. etc. for Wed and Thurs.

Yes, they bring the same ticket. You’ll need to alter your event’s set up to include one datetime for each day within the event. So for example your event has one datetime right now, that will need to be changed to have four datetimes and the ticket can be set up to access all four datetimes (mon-thurs).

5) When scanning the tickets, is the scanner sending information to the “Mobile Attendance & Ticketing Apps”?

The scanner actually sends the information to your website.

6) If we don’t use a scanner, will the mobile attendance & ticketing apps work for the (4A EXAMPLE) listed above?

Yes.
