Please don’t tell me that this means we have to wait for an upcoming update for this issue to be fixed? The events offer different ticket types and this is a very basic reason why we chose this plugin – we are in the end phase of going online. Is there an update out there already, which I am missing?
We were able to work around the plugin’s limitations earlier by changing our whole setup, but this is a basic thing we understood to be covered by the plugin. Why else would you offer different tickets within each event? Please tell me I misunderstood your response. What do you mean with a “release candidate”. We need to fix this ASAP…if this does not work we got a real problem with the client.
