Sorry to barrage you with questions, but one other thing that’s an issue is that I cannot increase the quantity of tickets beyond 5

Are all of the tickets assigned to that ‘Test’ datetime?

Click the cog icon on the ‘Full conference’ ticket line, is the ‘Test’ datetime checked on the ‘event datetimes’ section there?

Perhaps that’s causing my problems?

It’s not but we are investigating the cause further.
