Hi there,

Your license is currently for EE4, but the site linked to your license key is running a rather old version of EE3 (3.1.35.2).

EE3 and EE4 are actually completely different systems, so EE3 will not update to EE4 automatically.

So, the first question, are you looking to update to EE4 or wanting the latest version of EE3?

You can migrate your EE3 data over to EE4 but will first need the latest version of EE3 installed on the site (we can send you a copy if thats what you want to do) so that the database has all of the latest EE3 changes so EE4 can then migrate over but not it is a different system that has different features to EE3.
