Yes the total amount of the transaction is 1.40 $. Her tickets was supposed to be free, but she didn’t select the good ticket, so the discount code didn’t work 100% for her. We fixed the problem with the promotion, but now I need to refund her the 1.40$ and when I do, it change the status of the transaction for uncompleted.
A refund is not suppose to change the total amount due ?
If I give a refund and after the system change the status for uncompleted, it make no sense for me. Can we fix that or is there a way not to change the status after a refund ?
