Is a WordPress website required?
Event Espresso and the AffiliateWP Integration extension are both plugins for WordPress so you’ll need a website running WordPress to use them. If you don’t currently have a website, then check out Event Smart where you can use event registration software to accept registrations for your events.

Is an account with AffiliateWP needed?
Yes, you’ll need to purchase AffiliateWP on Affiliatewp.com. Our AffiliateWP Integration will then connect Event Espresso to AffiliateWP so event registrations that are referred by affiliates can be tracked.

How will affiliates be able to promote my events?
Once an affiliate has registered on your website through AffiliateWP, then they’ll have a unique link that will track any referrals that are sent. An affiliate can share their link on social media websites like Facebook and Twitter to drive more exposure for your events. As an attendee clicks a link and then registers for an event, then the affiliate will be credited for a referral.

How are payments to affiliates handled?
