Hi,

I’ve installed EE4.6.13 and the new User Integration plugin. However, I’m unable to install the Calendar or Table View plugins. I browse for them, but the “install” button is greyed out. I’m also getting an incorrect message about needing to update to WP 4.1–I’ve already updated to it.

Hi Erica,

However, I’m unable to install the Calendar or Table View plugins. I browse for them, but the “install” button is greyed out.

So you are browsing to them from the Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin page then once selected ‘Install Now’ remains greyed out? Is that correct?

I’m also getting an incorrect message about needing to update to WP 4.1–I’ve already updated to it.

That’s a notice from WordPress and not EE, did you have any problems whe you updated WP?

Yes.

No problems updating. Just to be clear, the message at the top of the plugins page says: “Event Espresso recommends WordPress version 4.1 or greater in order for everything to operate properly. You are currently running version 4.0.1.”

The WP update notice should go away after you dismiss the notice. Re: the add-ons, are these add-ons that you downloaded here from your account page?

I can’t dismiss the notice–I click it and it doesn’t go anywhere. Yes, I downloaded from the account page.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi there,

It appears that the AG Custom Admin plugin is throwing some errors:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
source:http://calendar.spiritrock.org/wp-content/plugins/ag-custom-admin/require/dynamic.php?type=js&context=admin&ver=changed_theme
line:1

So if you can temporarily deactivated the AG Custom Admin plugin you’ll be able to add new plugins and dismiss the notice about updating WP.

That worked perfectly! Thanks for your help.
