Hi, tickets can’t be changed without canceling the current registration and adding one manually through the WP dashboard. However, you can update payment amounts through the transactions screen.

Hi, there is an apply payments button in the transactions screen (Event Espresso –> Transactions –> click on a specific transaction) when viewing a specific transaction. It looks like this:

Clicking on that button will then show a pop up window where you can enter payment details and save changes:

Any payments are counted against the balance due.

For example, if a member owed $75 and they then paid you $50, then you could add that payment in for $50 and then would leave a balance of $25.

This is a manual process as it multiple payments via registration checkout (registering for an event) will not update the original transaction.
