Second Transaction Not Tracked but Confirmed in Gateway

Hello, I have had kind of similar issues in the past but in this case I had a person make a transaction. All went well. The same day they made another. They received the payment confirmation, the are tracked in the payment gateway, but there is no second record for them. Not even an “unapproved” record. Nothing at all. But the email was triggered and they are confirmed paid. This is different from the usual issue in that it has them in the system as unpaid even though they did (you ave up on that one a while ago and asked me to seek a developer – no one has been able to or wants to help).

Anyway, this is a slightly different issue. Thoughts? I am currently obtaining info on how far apart the transactions were.

Hi,

We fixed one issue in 3.1.36.4 where: “Fix for Multi Event Registration where if one ticket was available for an event the registration didn’t get saved”

Could this be related?

Also, the saved entry is it for the first purchase or the second purchase?

Aside from that I would still recommend updating to the latest version of EE, as I see you are on a slightly older version (3.1.36.1).

It was on the second purchase that the issue occurred. I will upgrade to the latest.

Sorry and the second purchase was for 4 tickets. There was more then 1 ticket left.
