I’ve had a couple people try and register on their iPhones and when they get to the ‘Proceed to Payment Options’, the button is no where found on the iPhone. Any idea why this would be?

FYI – this is a live site.

Hi,

I think you’re limiting access to the site as I only see “Your access to this site has been limited”. Possibly because I am not in your country. Is there any way you can lift this so I can examine the issue in more detail?

Sorry about that. Try now.

Hi Matt, I used Chrome developer tools to emulate the iPhone and the button appeared to be there:

What kind of iPhone are you seeing this issue with?

Hi Lorenzo. It’s on the proceeding page after clicking on the ‘Register Now’. You can click on it to proceed to the next page (after selecting 1 ticket from dropdown).

What kind of iPhone are you using? Is a screenshot available?

Hi, the button is there but appears invisible until you tap on it:

There appears to be some forced CSS styles. These have !important in use which means they’ll override other styles.

Could you try adding this to your child theme’s stylesheet or a plugin like Reaktiv CSS builder or My Custom CSS?

Hi Lorenzo –

What should I be adding to my child theme?

Thank you,

Matt

Hi Matt,

The theme using !important so frequently could prevent styles working as expected.

Try:

input#spco-go-to-step-payment_options-submit {
  background-color: #323232;
}

Looks like that did the trick. Thank you!
