Multiple pricing dropdown in ticketing add-on?

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to have a dropdown with multiple pricing tiers on one ticket type when using the ticketing add-on. Basically I have the event set up here

http://thetonybrownfoundation.org/events/life-after-loss-2014

and what I want to happen is to have a program sponsorship ticket with different pricing options depending on what they choose, i.e. full page, half page, etc… without having a huge long list of tickets on the page.

Also, is there a way to reorder the tickets without deleting them from the admin panel and re-adding everything?

Thanks for your help!!

Hi Anne,

I checked the event that you linked to and it looks like the registration form on that page is not powered by Event Espresso. Was there a developer involved that was contracted to build a custom registration form? Maybe they can extend their custom solution.

Right now our recommended solution for multiple ticket types is included with Event Espresso 4, but it doesn’t have a dropdown that allows for selecting multiple pricing tiers. Event Espresso 4 does allow for re-ordering tickets using drag and drop. Here’s a quick example showing how the re-ordering works.

Hi Josh, sorry to sound so blunt but that is definitely Event Espresso, as seen by this line at the bottom of the plugin page in my WordPress Admin

Event Registration and Ticketing Powered by Event Espresso – 3.1.36.5.P

There has been no customization on our end for this form.

Hi Anne,

Maybe you sent me to a link that had a form that wasn’t a form generated by Event Espresso. Here’s a link that shows an example of a standard Event Espresso registration form on your website:

Can you see that it’s different from the form on this page:

Yes, I actually just created that event as a sub event for what we are doing. I assure you, one is a Tickets add on from EE, and the other is standard EE, I can give a login so you can look for yourself. I tell you though if both of these aspects of your plugin could be implemented into one it would be worth it, right now this is causing a lot of headaches.

unless you make it so that your branding shows up on the bottom of ALL pages and plugins in WordPress?

Just realized that it is a separate plugin that someone implemented without my knowledge and I apologize for being so sure of myself, although your branding does show up at the bottom of all plugins which makes it a bit confusing lol. Since paying for EE I would much rather use your plugin. Can EE do the same thing as the other plugin with choosing multiples of different tickets with different pricing? Thanks and sorry for any confusion.

Hi Anne,

It turns out that Event Espresso 4’s registration page has similar functionality to the other one. I can recommend trying Event Espresso 4 out on our demo to see if it will meet your needs. You can sign up for a free demo here:
