Hi, i’m trialling EE4 (decaf). My clients run the same workshop in multiple locations. Will i be able to list multiple venues and dates with the same workshop listing, so people can view where their closest event will be and opt for that. |
Hi there, It turns out that EE4 is designed to handle registration for events for each location. One way to list one workshop that has multiple dates and locations is set up a WordPress page and make a list of all the events for that workshop. A calendar might also be effective, because the calendar lets you filter by venue. |

Hi, can you please explain further. |
Hello, an event in Event Espresso 4 can link to one venue at a time. You could create a series of events in this format: Event name – location …and then add those to an event category through the events editor. From here, you could create a WP page with the ESPRESSO_EVENTS shortcode and include the event category parameter. Here is an example: [ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=”your_event_category_slug”] If your event category was called summer events, then the shortcode would be: [ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=”summer-events”] That would show a list of events in this specific event category. — |

Hi, thanks for that. is there a way to duplicate an event? I’ve now bought ee4 with 3 addons and the client will continually be producing events that are the same, offered in different locales. if it was possible to duplicate the core event, it would be great, but don’t see a duplicate option |
Hi, The Duplicate Event button should be shown below the event title – http://take.ms/hYnpC Have you installed Event Espresso Premium or are you still using the Decaf version? |
