Anyone can help me the mobile App is too slow and some times not login !!!

Hi Basel,

Please let us know which version of the Mobile app and Espresso API you are using. Also, can you let us know if your site is hosted on a shared host or is it a VPS?

i’m using event espresso 1.6.4 on iphone 5s
and i installed it on Android Nexus 5

Both same issue

I have Shared IP Address

Hi Basel Alaya,

Without login details there is not much we can see on the site unfortunately.

Is it loading the attendee list that takes a long time?
If so how many attendee’s does your event have?

When you say sometimes not login, do you mean the session expires and forces you to login once again?
