We have a server crash at our hosting company. We just completed a rebuild and installed EE4. When we try to apply our license key from the EE4 website it does not work.

Hi Tammy,

I hope everything is working out okay with the rebuild. ?I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your Event Espresso General Settings, save the blank field, then reenter the key and save again.

Let me know if you have anymore issues.

We still have issues. We have upgraded to WordPress 4.2 Multisite. We have event EE4 install on our https://singlestwist.com domain. When we copy and paste license key that was sent to us in the previous email we get the following error.

Adding a valid Support License Key will enable automatic update notifications and backend updates for Event Espresso Core and any installed add-ons. If this is a Development or Test site, DO NOT enter your Support License Key.

Hi, could you try your new support license key?

Hello Lorenzo,

Our license key is still not being accepted. We still see a red key. When we click the save button nothing happens.

When we enter the key and click save the box is blank. But when we go the the Event Espresso website it says our key is active on our singlestwist.com

Hi Tammy,

Has EE been network activated or has it just been installed and activated on a single site?

We are running WordPress Multisite but EE4 has been installed and activated on a single site.

Hi Tammy,

We don’t officially support WordPress Multisite. However, if you use EE on Multisite, it needs to be network active and the license key needs to be entered in the network admin dashboard EE settings.
