License Key and Failed Automatic Updates

For a few weeks the prompt to update EE has appeared in my dashboard and plugins page with the note to update my support license. Logging into EventEspresso.com, I see that the license is still valid through November 2014.

I’ve attempted the License Reset several times, and re-entered the data on our site. No luck. Now, I cannot get the update prompts to appear in our site’s dashboard.

Currently on EE version: 3.1.36.4.P
Wordpress version: 3.9

I filled out the form with a working login and heard nothing back.

This was over a week ago.
