We have several events setup on our site, NONE of them are free, they all have fees associated with each ticket. However we had someone sign up for one event and it says they paid $0.00 and that the total is “free” I don’t understand why and I want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I checked to make sure that the ticket wasn’t somehow set to free or anything and it’s not. Please advise.

Are you currently or were you recently running any caching plugins or caching services on your site?

I have disabled all caching plugins to my knowledge. The site is http://www.uspilotcar.com all links to our events are found at http://www.uspilotcar.com/certification-classes/ and click on “register online”. The event that this happened on was the one for Baltimore, MD.

A caching plugin (WP supercache) is still running. Please clear the cache via the plugin and setup no-cache rules for your Event Espresso pages:
