I’m sorry your having problems within Event Espresso.
To redeem your support token go to Your Account Page scroll down a little and just delow your support license will be a link to redeem your support token.
If you can provide details of your problem and relevant login details using that form we can start working on resolving this.
I have replied to your support token requesting FTP details as we need to re-activate Event Espresso to diagnose the issue, however if activating EE causes a fatal error the only way to then disable it once again is via FTP so we can not continue until we have those details.
