Exporting Attendee list EE3

Hi

I have 2 events, when I export the first one it only exports one attendee and calls it “Group 1” even though there are many more. The second one exports perfectly.

Please advise.

Hi Kahlua,

Is the ticketing add-on active, and if so, is your server running PHP 5.3 or higher?

Hi Josh

Ticketing is active and server running PHP Version 5.2.17

Is that the reason?

Hi,

Please raise the PHP version to at least 5.3.

Also, ensure that you are running the latest version of Event Espresso and the ticketing add-on. Then please re-test and share your findings here.
