Hi guys,

I have been having users having trouble signing up for events with the error

Any idea what would be causing the issue?

Hi Scott,

Could you check to see if there are any warnings on the EE4 critical pages in WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Critical Pages.

Also, is this a new install of Event Espresso or did you update from version 3?

Hi Lorenzo,

There are no problems displayed on Critical Pages (Screenshot: http://puu.sh/8md8L/7b9d6a2631.png)

I updated from version 3.

Cheers

Hi Scott,

This is due to running a caching plugin.

I can see the site is running Quick Cache are you using the Pro version? Event Espresso’s critical pages (Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages) must be added to the do no cache list.

Within Quick Cache this is only available when using the Pro version of the plugin.

Hi there Scott!

As Tony shared, the exclusion rules are only available in the premium version of Quick Cache. There are some alternative plugins available such as WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache:
