Hello Trying to register on our event page, the users are receiving this error: Error: Your form data could not be applied to any valid registration This is intermittent issue. I happened receive this today myself, until then I was not able to track this from user complaints. First time I tried to register – after filling all the ATTENDEE information and trying to go to Payment Options, I have received the above error. Then, I started the registration all-over and it went thru fine without a hitch. Our site: http://myhmec.com/ Let me know if you have any information about this error and what can be done. Losing registrations is not a good thing. Thank you. -Srinivas |

Looking thru the forum, I see few of WP cache plugins have a work-around/exception-rules written. I dont have any “cache” plugins installed on my site. -Srinivas |

Hi, Does your hosting have server level cache? You may need to speak with your host to clarify this. |
I dont think so. It is a Amazon Linux VM running on EC2. -Srinivas |
Are you using the ticket selector embed code anywhere off or on the site? |
On the Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates tab, we have the Display Ticket Selector set to “Yes”. I do not believe we are using any embed code elsewhere in our WP pages. -Srinivas |
Hi Srinivas, I was also able to see this issue although it appeared sporadically. Could you briefly test with other plugins disabled? Also, you mentioned that you were not using any caching plugins. Are you using any optimization plugins like WP Optimize? — |
Hi Lorenzo The issue sporadic for us as well. That is what makes it hard to figure out what is going on. There are no plugins for Optimize either on our site. -Srinivas |
Hi Srinivas, could you please share a list of plugins that are running on your site? — |
Argh… my plugins page itself shows up blank now… May be something to do with recent WP upgrade that happened… This puts too many variables in there.. -Srinivas |
