email feature

just purchased the business license to be able to email all registrants for my basketball camp. I used to be able to do so but it stopped allowing me to do so and told me I had to purchase the license. I also paid for the basic set up and configuration. I cannot get the feature to work….any suggestions?

Hi Michael, could you login to your WP dashboard (WP-admin) and go to plugins. Next, what is the version number that is shown for Event Espresso 3?
