I set up EE4 Paypal Pro Option. When I went to pay with a credit card to test the system i received a message that the transaction did not go thru. When I checked my paypal Pro account the transaction did go thru. Therefore when my customers pay with a credit card using our paypal pro account they are getting a msg that their transaction did not go thru and then they are seeing on their credit card that it did go thru. Any advise as to how to get EE4 to recognize when a transaction goes thru?

Hi, could you provide a link to one of the events on your site?

Also, if you have not already done so, then do up to the latest release:

Hi Lorenzo,

We tried a few things.
1. we turned off jetpac to see if this solved the problem
2. we tried to re-install the latest version of EE4 but it would not let us since it was already installed. We do not know what was installed first the latest WP or the latest EE4

Here is a link to our booking page. if you select the $2.59 option # 2 I will fully refund you after your test. just sent me a text 416-576-3964 and i will refund you. a red box comes up at the end of the credit card transaction that says: an error has occured:
No transaction information could be retrieved or the transaction data is not of the correct type. EES_Espresso_Thank_You get_tsn 150

I ask that you let me know what to do, this is costing us alot of money in lost bookings the longer it persists. thanks, Ted

Hi Ted,

This messaging is related to incomplete order information:

No transaction information could be retrieved or the transaction data is not of the correct type. EES_Espresso_Thank_You get_tsn 150

Are you using a managed WP host that forces caching or were your previously using something like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache?

Hi Lorenzo,
We will turn off an cache and try the Paypal Pro again.
If this does not work we will turn off all our plugins and try the Paypal Pro once again.
I will let you know how this works out.
Thank you for working with TorontoAdventures.ca on this.
