We have bought and installed the Event Espresso plugin on our site.
Could you please give us an answer on the following question?
Does the plugin have an ability to automatically create a WP user account after succesfully registration on event?

Hello Kostya,

Event Espresso 3 does not do this on its own but you can do this by using some code like this:
