I have a transaction that involves multiple registrants (3 total). There is one of the 3 individuals that will not be able to attend. I tried deleting the registration for that individual and it was placed in the trash, however when I went to the transaction all 3 registrants were still there. Is there a way to delete a registrant from a multiple person transaction or is the only way to deal with this is to delete the entire transaction and all 3 registrations and have them re-register? We are running WP 4.2 and EE 4.6.29

Hi Sue,
Have you tried canceling this registration?
Or are you trying to remove the record completely?
If you are wanting to remove the record completely, then all registrations would need to be cancelled and a new one could be created through the WP dashboard:

I don’t think I want to cancel the registration since 3 people registered for the event during this transaction. I allow up to 15 people to register at one time as we have many companies that will register multiple employees at once for our event. I only need to remove one of the 3 people from the registration. So instead of owing $450.00 they would then only owe $300.00 ($150 per person)

Currently you would need to cancel all 3 of the registrations and either have the user re-register on the front end, or you can create a new registration yourself manually inputting the same details for the 2 attendees that will be attending.
