I mistakenly posted this in the wrong forum, and I am re-posting it here.

I apologize for the confusion.

Does EE support conditional logic in it’s registration forms?

In other words, can I hide an option, where a user choice conflicts with that option? And can I still limit each option to a specific number of registrants?

For example:

Round One: 9:00 – 10:00 with 21 possible seats
Round Two: 9:30 – 10:30 with 18 possible seats
Round Three: 10:00 – 11:00 with 18 possible seats

In this case, Rounds 1 & 3 overlaps with Round 2. Can I condition to hide Round 2 if either of Rounds 1 or 3 is selected?

Thank you.

Hello Michael,

At this time EE’s question system does not support conditional logic. We do have a system in place to have multiple times within an event and to assign attendee limits per time slot. It is an experimental feature currently.

Hey Dean,

Thank you so much for your response.

I have a couple of follow up questions, if I may:

  1. Which version of the plugin would I need to purchase to have access to the experimental feature?
  2. Is there any way to integrate Gravity Forms into the EE system?

Thank you again!

Hi,

No problem. The feature comes with all the premium licences so any.

Regarding Gravity forms, not without coding. The questions system is an integral part of the system.

We have come across the requirement for conditional logic in the questions previously and it is on our feature request list, i will add your +1 to it.

Dean,

Thank you so much!

I appreciate all of your help.

Can you tell me where I might find some documentation on implementing the experimental feature?

Thank you again!

I have just updated our documentation with a bit more info but there isn’t much to say about it. Turn the option on in the General Settings, and then in events you will get a new field below the time fields marked Qty, add a number in here to restrict the number of sales per time slot. It is also wise to limit the overall number of tickets for the event.
