Hi!
I have a customer who have made a registration of 22 attendees. The customer added her own name on all attendees. How can I now change the name of 21 of the attendees so it’s correct on tickets etc.

Hi Alexander,
You can change the names for the other attendees by going into the registration list view. Then you go into view one of the registrations. You actually do not edit the name here, but you’ll copy the Line Item ID onto your clipboard. The Line Item ID will look like this:
51b4490530e46011ceeab1ca1f598064
Then go to the home page of your website. While on the home page of your website and add the following to the end of the URL:
/thank-you/?e_reg_url_link=1-(line item ID goes here)
Then hit return.
So to be clear, you’ll be going to a page like this:
http://yoursite.com//thank-you/?e_reg_url_link=1-51b4490530e46011ceeab1ca1f598064
Then from that page you’ll be able to edit the names of all the attendees.
