hello when we updated to the newest Wp update all of our payment pages broke they now show only the shortcode nothing elese the site name is Otds.co and this is the link from the email on the test registration

any thoughts on what my issue is would be great

Hi, try going to each of the Event Espresso pages in your WP dashboard and then click on the publish button for each them.
Each page with the shortcode needs to be published and publicly available (not set to private).
Then browse to Settings –> Permalinks in your WP dashboard.

I have tried all suggestions and now emails are not sending none of the payment or receipt short codes are not working.

Alright, try removing them and recreating them by following these steps:
Go to the Event Espresso pages with the shortcodes in your WordPress dashboard.
Then remove and trash them and permanently delete them.
From here create four new pages with the correct shortcodes:
event-registration with [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]
thank-you with [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS]
registration-cancelled with [ESPRESSO_CANCELLED]
transactions with [ESPRESSO_TXN_PAGE]
Then go to Event Espresso –> General settings and ensure that those pages have been set correctly:
