Answers to Registration Questions not appearing in report

Did a test registration. Two question groups setup Manager RSVP and Guest RSVP. In the report, all the questions show, but only the answers for the Guest show in the report. The confirmation email had all the questions answered for both groups.

Two question groups set up Manager RSVP and Guest RSVP. Only Guest RSVP answers transferred to report. No address info, no answers to manager RSVP questions

Two question groups, Manager RSVP and Guest RSVP. After a test registration, only the Guest RSVP answers appeared in registration report. No address info either.

Hi there,

The site should probably get updated to the current version of Event Espresso 4 (currently 4.9.58.p).

It may help to see the event’s registration form as well. There may be some issues with the questions on the registration form. May I ask can you post a link to the event in question?

If you go into each of the registration records (from Event Espresso > Registrations) do the answers to the questions display on those pages?

The event is set up on a dev site for a website prepping to be launched in April and needs a login. I’m happy to set you one up. I need an email address and password you would like. Can send it to me at arubens@thewrcgroup.com.

Hi Annie,

I’m afraid that the dev site doesn’t have any registrations for the “WRC 2018 All Manager Meeting” so there’s no data for me to look through.

With regards to your questions about changing the order of the questions in the CSV report, the order of the appearance on the registration form doesn’t necessarily match the order of the questions in the CSV report. If you open the CSV report into a spreadsheet application the columns can be rearranged.

Hi there,

I checked the site again and the CSV report includes the answers to the Manager RSVP questions (for the primary registrant) and the report includes the answers to the Spouse/Guest RSVP Questions.

The reason it’s not including answers to Address questions is because the Registration form isn’t set up to capture Address information. You can add the address question group to the reg. form for that event by editing the event, then check the box next to the Address Information group. Here’s a screenshot that outlines where you make this edit:
