Price Types are a way of categorizing a price modifier and indicating how that price gets applied to the running total when a transaction occurs.

Managing Price Types

You are able to manage (add, edit, or delete) your own Price Types. However, every Price Type is actually a derivative of three basic types that cannot be changed: Discount, Surcharge, and Tax:
