How do I find out which version of Event Espresso I am using?

You can determine the version of Event Espresso that is running by logging into your WordPress admin (dashboard) and going to Plugins. Then locate Event Espresso in the list of plugins and you will see the version number (e.g. 3.1.37.5 or 4.8).

How do I download my software for Event Espresso?

Members with an active support license can download software for Event Espresso by logging into your Event Espresso account. This will take you to your account page which provides download links for available software. Also see understanding your account.

Where is the documentation for my add-ons?

You can find the documentation for all add-ons in the "Add-ons" section of documentation. You will only have access to the plugins that are listed on your account. There are also documentation icons in the downloads area of your Event Espresso account which serve as quick links for finding documentation for specific add-ons.

Is one-on-one help available?

We offer priority support services through support tokens. A support token will reserve one-on-one time with a member of the Event Espresso team. A support token is not required to get help with Event Espresso and are usually used for emergencies (e.g. a time-sensitive issue).

What if I can't find the documentation I'm looking for?

If you can not find the information you're looking for, then please create a support post in our support forums. We will either answer your question for you, share a link to the appropriate documentation, or add new documentation.

How long do I have access to documentation?

Access to documentation is available as long as you have an active support license. If your support license expires, then you will have access to limited documentation on the Event Espresso website.

How do I get help customizing Event Espresso for my website?

Our team is happy to help you customize Event Espresso through our support forums if it requires a few lines of code.
